The App "Exercise Pose Detection (2)" is designed for Learning and Teaching Resources on Thematic STEAM Education Modules (S1-3) STEAM for Future, under:Topic 6: Recognition of Yoga Poses in Mobile ApplicationsExercise Pose Detection App uses mobile device built-in camera for real-time estimation of pose position.
This App tries to encourage participants to do exercises (e.g.
Yoga and Horse Stance) for healthy lifestyle.
In particular, when a participant finishes maintaining a Yoga Pose or Horse Stance for a minute, the participant is advised to check if there is biometric signal (e.g.
human pulse rate) change.
We expect the harder maintaining an exercise pose, the more bioenergy will be spent.
The increase in the amount of bioenergy will reflect on human biometric signal such as human pulse rate change.
